Exchange and Return Policy

At MISS PINKY, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with the products they purchase from our store. If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, or if you wish to exchange it or request a refund, please read the following Exchange and Return Policy for information about the relevant procedures.

1. Exchange and Return Policy:

There is no exchange and no return.

However, in the event of clear damage to the product, it may be exchanged for a replacement product or returned, according to your preference. The damaged product must be photographed and sent within one hour of receipt to our customer service team via email or WhatsApp so that it can be replaced or returned.

The refund process will begin after verifying through the shipment tracking that the shipment status is being returned.

If the return request is approved, the amount will be refunded within 7 to 14 business days, depending on the bank’s procedures or the payment method.

To maintain the quality of our products, please make sure to check the size before purchasing, as clothing items cannot be exchanged or returned after sale.

2. Shipping and Delivery Policy:

If a request is made to change the shipment destination after it has already been dispatched, and the shipping company does not cover the new area, the shipment will be returned to the original shipping company and a new shipping label will be issued at the customer’s expense to ensure it reaches the required destination as quickly as possible.

If the customer does not receive the shipment, it will be shipped again, and the cost of the second shipping fee will be charged to the customer.
